Taylor finishes 2nd at Cedar Lake
On Saturday, Jeff Taylor took on the Modified class at Cedar Lake Speedway in New Richmond, Wisconsin, approximately 830 miles north of his home in Batesville, Arkansas.
Driving the No. 55 car in the 19-car Modified class, Taylor finished second in his heat race on the 3/8-mile clay oval. He then started the 20-lap A-Main from the seventh spot and raced to a runner-up result, taking the checkered flag 5.074 seconds behind winner Kaden Blaeser. J.D. Ford completed the podium, with Marcus Simonson and Taton Hansen finishing fourth and fifth, respectively.
