Jeff Taylor invades Canada for Dirt Track Nationals at Thunder City

Jeff Taylor trekked north to Canada over the weekend to pilot the Shawn Polonoski-owned No. 316 Modified at Thunder City Speedway (Thunder Bay, Ontario) for the Thunder Bay Truck Centre Dirt Track Nationals.

With 31 WISSOTA Modifieds on the grounds for the two-day event, Taylor struggled both days early but was able to find speed throughout the night.

After finishing 14th on Saturday, Jeff raced into the Dirt Track Nationals finale on Sunday with a ninth-to-third run in his consolation race. With a $7,500 top prize up for grabs, Taylor steered forward eight positions in the 40-lap affair to finish 15th.
