February 16, 2019 - Podium Finish in Round 5 of AZ Mod Tour at Canyon Speedway Park; 5th in AZ Mod Tour Point Standings
1Monday saw Jeff Taylor return to action at Central Arizona Speedway (Casa Grande, Arizona) for the fourth round of the Arizona Modified Tour. Losing one spot in his heat, Jeff posted a 5th place finish sending him into the B-Main. Advancing through the field seven positions, Taylor locked his spot into the A-Main with a 3rd place finish. Start in 23rd, Jeff Taylor passed seven cars in the 25-lapper reeling in a 16th place outing.

For the fifth round, Taylor was one of 60 IMCA Modifieds signed in at Canyon Speedway Park (Peoria, Arizona) on Wednesday evening. Moving up five spots in his heat, Jeff recorded a 3rd place finish positioning him 8th on the starting grid for the $1,500-to-win A-Main. Wheeling his way into a podium spot, Jeff Taylor passed five cars to place 3rd behind Ricky Thornton Jr. and Casey Arneson with Hunter Marriott and Jake O’Neil completing the Top-5 finishers.

Returning on Friday night at USA Raceway (Tucson, Arizona), Jeff followed up an 8th place finish in his heat with a 12-lap consolation victory. Coming one spot shy of a Top-5 finish in the feature, Taylor improved 13 spots in the 25-lap affair to place 6th.

For the final round of the Arizona Modified Tour on Saturday, Taylor came in 3rd in his heat transferring him into the B-Main. Charging to a 12-lap B-Main win, Jeff locked into the 18th-starting position for the $1,500-to-win finale. Breaking into the Top-10, Jeff Taylor passed nine cars registering a 9th place finish.

February 10, 2019 - Taylor Begins 2019 Season With AZ Mod Tour
1Jeff Taylor kicked off the 2019 season on Friday evening at Arizona Speedway (Queen Creek, Arizona) for the annual Arizona Modified Tour. In a stout field of 92 IMCA Modifieds, Jeff passed seven cars in his heat reeling in a 4th place finish. Earning the 13th-starting position for the opening night feature, Taylor jumped up five spots to place 8th.

The following night, Taylor followed up a runner-up finish in his heat behind Shawn Strand with a 2nd place finish in his B-Main. Starting the $1,500-to-win A-Main in 22nd, Jeff passed six cars in the 25-lapper logging a 16th place outing.

On Sunday night the Arizona Mod Tour headed to Central Arizona Speedway (Casa Grande, Arizona) for the third round of the tour. Gaining two spots in his heat, Taylor recorded a 3rd place finish transferring him into the B-Main. Coming in 3rd, Jeff locked into the 24th-starting position for the feature. Coming four spots shy of a Top-10 finish, Jeff Taylor improved ten spots to place 14th.
