June 28th, 2015 - Jeff Taylor Wins at Southwest Speedway
1On Wednesday night Jeff Taylor resumed his 2015 campaign traveling to 141 Speedway (Maribel, Wisconsin) for $10,000 to win Clash at the Creek presented by the IMCA Modifieds. In a field of 25 Open Wheel Modifieds, Taylor retired a top five finish.  Following a heat win on Wednesday, Jeff charged from his 12th place starting spot to finish 4th behind race winner Mike Mullen, Shawn Kilgore and Russ Reinwald, with Johnny Whitman coming in 5th.

1The following night brought Jeff to Luxemburg Speedway (Luxemburg, Wisconsin) to compete in another Cheesehead Triple Crown Event. With a stacked field of 58 IMCA Modifieds, Taylor was leading his heat until suffering a mishap and falling back into a B-Main transfer spot. After placing 5th and failing to get a transfer position, Jeff Taylor was granted a provisional into the feature event. Starting in 24th, Jeff wheeled his way through the field to register a 10th place finish.

1Jeff returned to Southwest Speedway (Dickinson, North Dakota) on Saturday night to continue on the busy weekend. Starting in 6th in his heat, Taylor captured a victory transferring him into the A-Main. With a mid-pack starting spot in the feature event, Jeff Taylor went on to log his 5th Modified victory of the season with Tracey Domagala, Travis Olheiser, Spencer Wilson, and Jason Wolla completing the top five.

1To wrap up the busy weekend Jeff visited Nodak Speedway (Minot, North Dakota) on Sunday to compete in another IMCA Modified event. In a field of 20 entries, Taylor suffered some mechanical issues in the feature resulting in a late-pack finish. After gaining five spots in his heat race to transfer into the feature, Jeff Taylor broke a fuel/power steering pump with 3 to go sending him to the back with a 20th place finish.
