September 6th, 2014 - Taylor Competes in IMCA Super Nationals
Jeff Taylor traveled to Boone Speedway (Boone, Iowa) over the weekend for the Annual IMCA Super Nationals.

With well over 200 of the top IMCA Open Wheel Modified pilots in the country in action, the week-long festivities got off to a slow start on Wednesday night for Taylor. He won his preliminary heat race, but retired to a disappointing 30th place finish in the feature.

On Thursday night Jeff would improve his performance, registering a fifteenth place finish in the main event after finish second in his heat race.

Taylor would again struggle on Friday night, only managing a sixth place finish in his heat race, which sent him to a b-main. Jeff failed to reach a transfer position in the b-main, bringing his night to an early end.

His bad luck throughout the week forced Jeff to run a last chance heat race on Saturday evening. Unfortunately, he narrowly missed the transfer into the finale as his weekend came to an early end.
