On Thursday evening Jeff Taylor opened a busy, Memorial Day weekend, which will see him compete four events in four days with the Advantage RV Modified Tour in a #128 Mark and Jamie Trautner Motorsports entry. The action was held at Norman County Raceway (Ada, Minnesota), and a stacked field of 51 competitors crowded the pit area for the $1,500-to-win program. Heat race action found Jeff advancing from the tenth starting spot to a sixth place finish, which left him short of locking into the feature. As a result, he started fifth in a b-main, and had high hopes of advancing to a transfer spot. Unfortunately, mechanical woes would relegate him to a DNF, ending his night early.
